Cooking Instructions
1. Thaw & Prep: Thaw completely if frozen, then pat wings very dry. Season as desired.
2. Cook Thoroughly (until 175°F internal temp):
- Bake: 400-425°F for 45-60 mins on a rack, flipping.
- Air Fry: 375-400°F for 20-30 mins, shaking often.
- Deep Fry: 350-375°F for 8-12 mins.
- Grill: Medium-high for 20-30 mins, turning often.
3. Finish: Toss with sauce (optional) and serve hot.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Member's Mark Bone-In Chicken Wings (Drumettes and Flats)
- 1 tblsp baking powder (aluminum-free, not baking soda)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4-6 celery stalks, cut into sticks
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- Optional: Your favorite wing sauce for tossing after baking
Directions
1. Preheat & Prep Wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a wire rack on a baking sheet. Pat wings very dry.
2. Season & Bake: In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange on the rack. Bake 45-55 mins, flipping halfway, until crispy and 175°F (80°C) internal temp.
3. Prep & Serve Side: While wings bake, cut celery into sticks.
