Instructions
You will need: 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil, 2 Tablespoons Water*, 1 Egg.

1. Heat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom only of 8-inch square pan (or use cooking spray).

2. Stir Brownie Mix, oil, water, and egg with a spoon about 50 times (batter may be lumpy). Spread in pan.

3. Bake 26 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean; cool.
   *For cakelike brownies, increase water to 1/4 cup.
   High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. Bake 25-27 min.
