The day & night masks take just 90 seconds. All other treatment times will vary depending on the most effective combination of technologies.
HOW OFTEN CAN I USE UFO?
We developed UFO skincare routines for twice-a-day use, morning and evening. However,
depending on your skin's needs and your personal preferences, you can use it more or less.
CAN I USE THE LED LIGHT TREATMENTS ON THEIR OWN, WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A
MASK OR GO THROUGH A PROGRAM?
No, we don't recommend using UFO without a mask or a pre-set program as it will not offer the
same efficiency or results as when combined with a UFO Activated Mask.
IS EACH UFO TREATMENT THE SAME?
No. Each UFO Activated Mask pairs with a unique treatment routine for optimal results.
DO I NEED TO WASH THE MASK ESSENCE OFF AFTER USING UFO?
No. Hyper-Infusion Technology is specifically engineered to help mask essence absorb deeper
into the skin, faster. After the treatment, simply massage any remaining essence into your skin.
CAN I REUSE THE UFO ACTIVATED MASKS?
Each UFO Activated Mask is intended for single-use only.
IS UFO SAFE TO USE ON SENSITIVE SKIN?
UFO is safe to use and suitable for all skin types. Furthermore, depending on your skin's
specific needs, you can choose from a range of different UFO Activated Masks that cater to
different skincare desires.
CAN I USE UFO AROUND THE EYE AREA?
Yes, UFO is safe to use under the eyes. We recommend gently gliding the device across the
eye area, carefully applying minimal pressure.
CAN I USE UFO AFTER HAVING PLASTIC SURGERY, BOTOX OR RADIESSE?
UFO is a gentle facial treatment, suitable for all skin types. However, you should consult your
doctor before use if you have had any recent medical procedures.
HOW DO I PAIR UFO WITH THE FOREO APP?
Download the FOREO app to your smartphone or tablet. Press the universal button to turn on. A
blinking white light indicates UFO is in pairing mode.
DOES UFO WORK WITHOUT THE APP?
The Make My Day and Call It a Night treatments are pre-programmed in UFO and do not
require use of the FOREO app. However, to unlock all remaining UFO Masks, you must
download the FOREO app and either select your treatment or scan the barcode on the back of
each UFO Activated Mask sachet to activate the treatments.
HOW DO I CHARGE UFO?
UFO is USB-rechargeable, with a two and half hour charge delivering up to 40 uses.
