Conventional Oven (Preferred Method)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place frozen thigh fillets on foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Microwave

1. Arrange frozen thigh fillets on microwave safe plate.

2. Heat, covered with microwave safe wrap, on high - do not overheat:

- 1 fillet for 2.5 to 3 minutes.

- 2 fillets for 3.5 to 4 minutes.

- 3 fillets for 4.5 to 5 minutes.

3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
