Beat until well blended with a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at medium-low speed. **3. Pour at once into individual serving dishes. **4. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat within 5 minutes. **For Pie: **1. Prepare for pudding, using only 1 3/4 cups cold milk (fat free milk). **2. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8-inch shell. **3. Chill at least 1 hour.
