For Pudding:
Pour 2 cups of cold milk (2% reduced fat) into a bowl.
Add the mix. Beat until well blended with a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at medium-low speed.
Pour at once into individual serving dishes.
Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat within 5 minutes.
For Pie:
Prepare for pudding, using only 1 3/4 cups cold milk (2% reduced fat).
Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8-inch shell.
Chill at least 1 hour.
