Biscuits **2 1/4 cups Great Value All-Purpose Baking Mix **2/3 cup Great Value 2% Milk **Directions: **Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine baking mix and milk in a bowl. Stir until soft dough forms. **Place on surface sprinkled with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch floured cutter; place on ungreased baking sheet. **Bake on baking sheet 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. **Pancakes **2 cups Great Value All-Purpose Baking Mix **1 1/3 cups Great Value 2% Milk **1 large egg **2 tbsp. Great Value Sugar **Directions: **Preheat griddle to 375°F. (Griddle is ready when drops of water dance around a few seconds before evaporating.) **Stir all ingredients together in mixing bowl until blended. **Bake on hot, lightly greased griddle using slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden. **Strawberry Shortcakes **2 1/4 cups Great Value All-Purpose Baking Mix **3 tbsp. Great Value Sugar **1/2 cup Great Value 2% Milk **3 tbsp. Great Value Sweet Cream Butter or Margarine, melted **Directions: **Preheat oven to 425°F. **Combine baking mix and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add milk and melted margarine; stir to form a soft dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently 8-10 times. **Pat or roll dough 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 3-inch floured cutter. **Place on baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. **Split shortcakes and serve with strawberries and whipped topping. **Makes about 5 servings.
