Micro-encapsulated odor eliminators that work on demand: Other pads dump all their fragrance at once and then fade out after an hour. Ours releases odor eliminators gradually throughout the night as your dog pees. The micro-encapsulation means each pee triggers a fresh release of neutralizing enzymes, so your house smells good all night, not just when you first put the pad down.

OK, first…deep breath, you two, repeat after us: "this is the process". Unfold a pad on floor away from your dog's food and bed with the grey plastic side down, white absorbent side up. Give your dog time to smell it (don't ask, that's how they do it). Give encouragement when they're using the pad (it's like a kid on a toilet, right?). Praise and reward with treats (it's a big moment for both of you!). Repeat. Deep breathing. Every few days, move the pad closer to the outside door (see where we're going with this?) and before you know it you can move the pad outside, which means it's time for both of you to celebrate!
