Remove links as necessary to achieve proper fit.1. To separate collar for placement around pet's neck, unfasten latch located next to swivel 0-ring at the top of the collar.2. Place collar around pet's neck and refasten. Do not slide collar over pet's head - this could cause injury.3. Position collar so 0-ring is on top and attach leash to 0-ring.Care and maintenance.Frequently inspect links to ensure they are not loose or collar may separate.Links that are loose must be tightened by spreading the hooks apart on each link as indicated by the arrows in fig. 1.
