Instructions
Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Take directly by mouth or with liquid, avoiding hot liquids to preserve efficacy. Please avoid direct dropper contact with the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. May be taken any time of day, on an empty or full stomach. Use the following chart to assess dosage. First-time use: Take half the recommended dose, preferably with food or liquids. Gradually increase the dose as you see fit. Children, 1-3 Years: Take up to 0.75 mL daily (15 drops or 1 pump✝) Children, 4-13 Years: Take up to 1.5 mL daily (30 drops or 2 pumps✝) Adults, 14-64 Years: Take up to 3 mL daily (60 drops or 4 pumps✝) Pregnant/Lactating and Seniors, 65+: Consult a physician or healthcare professional. ✝1 pump typically fills the dropper about ½ of the way, which is approximately 0.75 mL. Droppers may sometimes fill ⅓ due to variations in air pressure, etc. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. To ensure freshness, we recommend refrigeration after opening. Do not freeze.
