Instructions

#1 Insert horizontal base connectors (D) between two bases (F). [apply pressure to both bases (F) to ensure the limit line of (D) is covered; #2 Press vertical white tube (E) into holes in two bases (F) firmly and make sure the direction is same as the instruction, until the limit line is covered. Tube lock (I) into vertical white tube (E). Do not shake tube (E) while assembling to avoid the bases from cracking; #3 Insert horizontal tube locks (J) to hanging tube (A) in both ends. Insert end cap (K) into short hanging tube (C). Attach short hanging tube (C) to hanging tube (A), until the limit line is covered. Lock part (J) as shown. Insert vertical chrome tubes (B) into horizontal tube lock (J) from bottom; #4 Install these assembled parts from Step 3 to vertical white tube (E); #5 Unlock wheels (G) to reduce friction while assembling. Tilt down the whole rack, push wheels (G) & wheels (H) with lock firmly into each base (F). Make sure wheels (G) & (H) are locked as shown; #6 Finish Plan, the height can be adjusted by pushing the spring button. The width can be altered b moving the horizontal tube lock (J).
