#1 Line up the holes in part (J) and (G) on the both ends; #2 Attach horizontal white base connector (F) to metal base (G) with short screw (Q) using Allen wrench (R). Press vertical white tube (E) into metal base (G) until limit line is covered, then tighten the long screws (P) with Allen wrench (R); #3 Assemble triplet sliding part (N) and lower hanging tube connector (O) to both sides of lower hanging tube (C); #4 There are left (M) and right (L) side horizontal tube lock for upper hanging tube. Assemble left (M) and right (L) side horizontal tube lock to both sides of upper hanging tube (D) on the both sides and finally press the latch on both tube lock (M)(L) to fix it from moving. Then fix end cap (K) on short hanging tube (D) on both sides; #5 Install Step 3 on vertical white tube (E); #6 Install upper vertical chrome tube (A) [with snap button is on lower side assembled parts from vertical white tube (E) to triplet sliding part (N)]; #7 Install Step 4 on upper vertical chrome tube (A); #8 Tilt down the whole rack and push wheels (H)(I) firmly into each metal base. *The width can be altered by moving the horizontal tube lock (M)(L). *Make sure lower hanging tube connectors (O) are firmly lock on triplet sliding parts (N).
