Genexa Kids' Cough & Chest Congestion is made with the same effective dextromethorphan HBr and guaifenesin as Children's Robitussin® Cough and Chest Congestion DM without any artificial fillers. Genexa Kids' Cough & Chest Congestion is a cough suppressant and expectorant that helps temporarily relieve cough and chest congestion and helps thin and loosen mucus to make coughs more productive.
