Lift top flap of pouch and unfold pad. Peel pad away from pouch and press into panties; keep pouch for disposal. Remove the Flexi-Wings ® wrapper from the center of the pad. Wrap wings around sides and attach by pressing into underside of panties. DO NOT FLUSH.
