- Recommended dosages: Adults/Children 6 and older (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. DO NOT exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.
- How to use: Remove the protective cap. Hold the container with your thumb at the base and nozzle between the first and second fingers. Without tilting your head, insert the nozzle into the nostril.
