To Make (Approx.)(b): 4 fl oz bottle; Water: 4 fl oz (120 ml); Add Formula Powder (unpacked, level scoop): 2 scoops (17.6 g). To Make (Approx.)(b): 6 fl oz bottle; Water: 6 fl oz (180 ml); Add Formula Powder (unpacked, level scoop): 3 scoops (26.4 g). To Make (Approx.)(b): 8 fl oz bottle; Water: 8 fl oz (240 ml); Add Formula Powder (unpacked, level scoop): 4 scoops (35.2 g). 1.
