First, prepare your hair by detangling and ensuring it's completely dry. Then, mix the relaxer cream and activator, as instructed. Apply the mixture to your hair, starting with the back and working your way to the front. After the recommended processing time (typically 12-20 minutes, depending on the product), rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow up with the neutralizing shampoo, lather and rinse, and then apply the deep conditioning treatment. Finally, apply the leave-in conditioner.
