Read and follow these cooking directions. Microwave - From Frozen - Cook only one at a time. 1 Slit film over vegetables. 2 Microwave on High 4 minutes. 3 Pull back film and stir potatoes. Rotate steak clockwise one half turn. Replace film. 4 Microwave an additional 2½ to 3½ minutes. 5 Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! Oven cook - From Frozen - Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Slit film over vegetables. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 38 to 40 minutes. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! Temperatures above 350ºF and/or failure to use a baking sheet may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven.
