Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Microwave Directions: 1. In microwave-safe bowl, combine desired amount of medley and 1/4 cup water. 2. Loosely cover and microwave on high for 5-8 minutes, depending on desired crispness. (To ensure even cooking, rotate bowl halfway through cooking time). 3. Drain, serve and enjoy. Because microwaves vary, cook times are approximate. Oven-Roast Directions: Toss medley vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees F for 10-15 minutes and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Serving Suggestions: Chop medley to desired size and use as toppings on a homemade pizza. Great on a veggie platter served with your favorite veggie dip. Use chopped medley in soups, stews and casseroles. After steaming medley, sprinkle vegetables with salt and pepper for a nutrition and colorful side dish.
