STEP 1 Take the pad out of the packaging and then check if every parts are including. Check if there is any broken or defective of these parts. STEP 2 Locate cord connector on the product. STEP 3 To plug controller cord into the connector, align arrows on the connector and cord and push until they lock. STEP 4 Plug the power cord into a 120V wall outlet. STEP 5 Turn on the pad by pressing the " ON/OFF " button. Controller will default to the lowest temperature setting. STEP 6 Press the HEAT/TIME Button to switch between Heat and Timer Modes. STEP 7 To disconnect the controller, first turn off using the " ON/OFF " button. Then, unplug the cord from the outlet, pinch sides of the connector and pull apart.
