Usage. ? For infants under 1 year of age: Consult your doctor. ? For children 1 year of age and older: Offer pediatric electrolyte oral solution every 1 to 4 hours. To help maintain proper hydration, the child should consume 1-2 liters (33.8 to 67.6 fl oz) per day of pediatric electrolyte oral solution for as long as diarrhea continues. ? If there is vomiting or fever, or if diarrhea continues beyond 24 hours, consult your doctor.
